How to highlight sage flavour with an easy recipe

Sage is a herb having multiple benefits and used since ancient times.

It is used to cure minor wounds, menopause effects, abdominal bloating, mouth sores and inflammation, etc. It is also perfect when dried to prepare infusions or as an ingredient in many recipes. Today, we will give you an easy and quick recipe that will make you lick your lips!

Ravioli with Butter and Sage: the recipe


- 500 grams of Ravioli with meat filling

- 50 grams of butter

- 50 sage leaves

- Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook

First, add a pinch of sea salt to the water and, when it is boiling, stir in the Ravioli. Cook according to the timing on the packet instructions. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan; after a few minutes, add the sage leaves and cook over low heat.

When Ravioli is cooked, drain it and put it again in the pot without water. Remove the sage leaves from the butter sauce and add Ravioli with some grated Parmesan and pepper. Mix gently and serve hot.
