Sage is a herb having multiple benefits and used since ancient times.

Ravioli with Butter and Sage: the recipe

Ingredients

- 500 grams of Ravioli with meat filling

- 50 grams of butter

- 50 sage leaves

- Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook

First, add a pinch of sea salt to the water and, when it is boiling, stir in the Ravioli. Cook according to the timing on the packet instructions. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan; after a few minutes, add the sage leaves and cook over low heat.

When Ravioli is cooked, drain it and put it again in the pot without water. Remove the sage leaves from the butter sauce and add Ravioli with some grated Parmesan and pepper. Mix gently and serve hot.
