Green mizuna is an Asiatic plant, rich in beneficial nutrients. It can be eaten either raw or cooked, and it contains very few calories. It is perfect to be in a good shape! It belongs to the Brassicaceae family and it is tasty and a little spicy, just like a rocket. Green mizuna is a resistant plant, which grows in both cold and cool temperatures.
How to cook green mizuna

Smoked salmon roll with spreadable cheese and green mizuna
- 300 grams of smoked salmon
- 250 grams of spreadable cheese
- 150 grams of green mizuna
- 20 grams of chive
- 1 squeezed lemon
- Salt and pepper q.s
- extra virgin olive oil q.s.
First, mince the chive and blend it into the spreadable cheese and a spoon of extra virgin olive oil, until you get a mousse. Spread the mousse on each slice of smoked salmon with a spatula. Add on it the green mizuna, salt, and pepper and wrap it to get a roulade. Cut it into two or three parts and serve it, garnishing the dish with balsamic vinegar or soy sauce.
